Key technological research on the zero discharge of wet desulphurized waterwater in power plant

As the water pollution and water scarcity problems become more serious, the government, researchers and related industries are all constantly promoting the implementation of zero discharge of desulfurized wastewater, which is the key to achieving zero discharge of the wastewater of the entire plant. So far, no economical treatment technique has been found to treatment the desulfurized wastewater in the power plant. With the issue of “Water Pollution Prevention Action Plan” and the strengthen supervision on water pollution, there is an urgent need to develop new treatment processes and equipment for the desulfurized wastewater. The key technological problem in zero discharge and new treatment process and equipment will be studied and developed based on the characteristics of desulfurized wastewater in this project.
