This project aims to develop the filtration layer in PM2.5 protective mask using electrospinning technique with a higher performance than N95. Pilot-scale, demonstration study and mass production of the electrospinning process and equipment will be studied and conducted. Selection of raw material, process control and equipment research and development will be also carried out. In addition, the production line to fabricate high quality, low cost and scalable PM2.5 protective mask using electrospinning will be developed.
