This project investigated the distribution and pollution characteristics of phenolic environmental estrogens in food of Fujian residents. Exposure levels of phenolic environmental estrogens via dietary route were calculated, and the environmental estrogen and endogenous hormones in serum were measured. Furthermore, we performed systematic study on internal exposure level and health risk of these environmental estrogens by combining measured data, clinical results and questionnaire survey.
