Project Abstract: The numeric prototype system of Xiamen urban environmental sanitation is was designed by database, GIS and Web technologies. The research includes three main aspects: the basic theory research, the key support technology and the practical application. The numeric prototype system is consisted of the data shared resource system, the information management platform, the integrated monitoring interface, the analysis appraisal system and the decision support system. The system provides the powerful safeguard for promoting the informationization of Xiamen's environmental sanitation, improving the efficiency of environmental sanitation management and reducing the management cost.
