Project Abstract: This project intends to build the developmental & environmental information system platform for Jimei (Xinglin) Taiwan businessmen investment zone. The system is mainly composed of three parts: spatial information database, intensified land use evaluation subsystem and assistant planning and decision-making subsystem. The project will use technologies such as GIS, database and software engineering to implement some basic theories and key technical solutions in the construction of the system, and will focus on the solutions of some common difficult problems such as data standardization, heterogeneous data integration and the integration method for scalable information system platform to implement an open architecture for information sharing and management.
