Invited by Key Laboratory of Urban Pollutant Conversion, CAS and Zhang Kaison’s group, Journal of Membrane Science Editor, Professor Michael D. Guiver visited IUE on February 19th and made an academic report titled “Designing ion-exchange membranes for fuel cells”.
Firstly, Michael shared the good news that his paper was accepted by Nature this morning. Then, Professor Michael D. Guiver explained systematically the structure design of high power density proton exchange membrane and introduced the latest research achievement of Tthe new type of anion exchange membrane. After the report, Professor Michael D. Guiver visited The Laboratory of Membrane Materials and Technologies and had a heated discussion with personnel attending the meeting on the problem existing in the application process of fuel cells.
At present, Professor Michael D. Guiver has published 192 SCI papers in the journals such as Nature Materials (IF 36.50), Science (IF 33.61), Progress in Polymer Science (IF 27.42), Energy & Environmental Science (IF 20.52), Advanced Materials (17.49), Advanced Functional Materials (IF 11.80), Angewandte Chemie Int.
