On June 4, Prof. David BASSIR, Technology Consul of the French Consulate General in Guangzhou, China and several colleagues visited IUE. After mutual introductions, the French guests recommended the Xu Guangqi Program sponsored by the Consulate General, the Cai Yuanpei Program in collaboration with the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and other programs aimed at promoting bilateral exchanges. They expressed their wish to introduce more French scientists to collaborate with IUE’s researchers.
