Prof. Adam Cenian, Prof. Marcin Lackowski, Prof. Piotr Lampart and Ms. Ewa Domke from Institute of Fluid Flow Machinery, Polish Academy of Sciences have visited the Institute of Urban Environment (IUE) on 26th Nov. Prof. Zhu Yongguan and Prof. Wang Yin had a meeting with them and discussed the application of bioenergy, cogeneration, sewage sludge treatment, and activated carbon production technology, etc. They would like to have a cooperation with institute for further research. Heads of Department and researchers in IUE also attended the meeting.

After the meeting, the guests have visited the Analytical Instrumentation Center in IUE and the Sewage sludge treatment plant in Tongan. They were interested in the operation and development of technology and equipment for biochar.

On 27th Nov, guests have visited CAS-BEST, a local environmental protection company producing respirators, including its production workshops and testing room. They provided related suggestions for nanofibers.
