On July 5th, 2013 Commencement was held in IUE. IUE’s leaders, supervisors and all graduates attended this significant event.

Director General Yongguan Zhu delivered a speech to all the graduates. He encouraged graduates to be ambitious and confident, to make full play of their own capabilities and learn to seize and even create opportunities. He also sent his best blessing to all gradates, hoping that all of them would have a bright future. Dr. Zhanjun Li expressed sincere gratitude and respect to their tutors on behalf of all graduates. “We will try our best to be useful people and dedicate ourselves to the society”, he added. Afterwards, Deputy Secretary Peng Cai extended his best wishes to all graduates. He said that postgraduates should adjust themselves to get used to new job environments quickly and he believed that every student could find a proper place to contribute to the development of our nation. At the end, Chairman Changzhou Yan announced the list of Excellent Graduates.

After the graduation, graduates and their tutors held a party to celebrate this memorable moment.
