In order to promote exchanges and cooperation between IUE and renown universities in Hong Kong, Prof. Yongguan ZHU, director of IUE led a 5-people delegation visited Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Hong Kong Baptist University. Together with the Vice-President of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Gao Zangming, unveiled the “Joint Laboratory of Urban Environment and Health” jointly established by both sides.
