On July 19,2008, Chen Wenqing, committeeman of Fujian Provincial Committee、Secretary of Fujian Province Committee for Discipline Inspection and a inspecting group traveling together visited IUE accompanied by He Lifeng, Xiamen Municipal Party Secretary and Liu sigui, Xiamen Mayor.
Prof. Zhao, Director of IUE made a comprehensive review on the progress of all kinds of preparation work, and appreciated the kindness of interest and support from the Xiamen Municipal Party, Xiamen Government and other governmental institutes.
