Dr. Ken Sugimura, from Forestry and Forest Products Research Institute, Japan, visited IUE on March 20, 2008. 

Prof. Qianjun Zhao, Deputy Director of IUE gave a warm welcome and a brief introduction about IUE to the visiting guest.  Dr. Sugimura gave a presentation entitled “Forest planning, urban forest management, and Biodiversity conservation: A case study in Japan”.
