On July 13^th, Deputy director of Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Branch, Tian Shenrong and director assistant of the office, Chen Zili came to IUE to check safety work. Deputy Director Chen Shaohua received Director Tian and his delegation. Tian Shenrong and his delegation firstly checked security key parts such as the institute park at the spot, laboratories, eqiupment room, building site, etc, carried on comprehensive inspection and guidance on safety management of scientific research and production site in the institute, warehouse and use management of dangerous chemical, building site safety, etc. After listening to the simple report about safety management and current situation of IUE, Tian Shenrong fully affirmed security work of the institute, emphasized the importance of security work, put forward new demands on safety management of the park, management of dangerous chemical, safety protection of field research investigation and lab daily management, etc, and advocated to exchange more with brother institute Chinese Academy of Sciences Shanghai Branch and learn advanced experience of other institutes on security. Chen Shaohua pointed out, IUE always emphasize security work, functional departments and research group hold security work all the time, further enhancement and improvement is needed for the existing security risks and from the aspects of system, publicity and education IUE will gradually improve and ensure the safety of scientific research and production.
