From June 15-17,  Dr. Mike Grace, Head of  Aquatic Research Center of Monash University , together with Dr. Tim Cavagnaro, Dr.Perran Cook visited IUE. Prof. Zhu Yongguan, Deputy Director of IUE and several researchers of IUE made academic exchanges and discussions. Both sides agreed upon a cooperation intention on the evaluation system of urban wetland ecosystem health and ecosystem nitrogen circulation. On June 16, Australian delegation, companied by researcher of IUE surveyed red forest wetland at the mouth of Zhangjiang and Jiulongjiang in Fujian, which lays a foundation for further cooperation and better understanding.
