The Cooperation & Development Department holds the following functions: domestic cooperation for Chinese Academy of Sciences, horizontal project cooperation, technical contract review and management, external contact and cooperation with local government, enterprises, universities as well as other research establishments. It also conducts transformation of sci-tech achievements, transfer of technology, management of external investment and sharing enterprises, management of intellectual property. As the administrative body of Xiamen center of industrial technology innovation and incubation of CAS, the office is also responsible for its daily work.
