Personnel Department holds the following duties:
1. Formulate and implement the medium and long term human resources planning.
2. Formulate and implement human resources management policy, including: institutions and posts management, personnel flow management, assessment and performance management, personnel agency, personnel files management, continuing education and training management, talent project management, post-doctoral management.
3. Talent service work, including: employees' salary, welfare and insurance management; related supporting services for introducing high-level talents; personnel management for project hiring; personnel basic data maintenance, personnel information statistics; staff physical examination and medical care, retirement management.
4. Undertake or assist the higher organizations in implementing the construction of the middle-level and above leadership team; assist the higher organizations in implementing the work of assessment, personnel information management; undertake or assist the higher departments in implementing part-time employees management, taking temporary post management.
